To ensure a balanced approach to flexibility and commitment, the following conditions apply:
- The cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance does not incur any cost.
- The cancellation within 24 hours prior to the start of the Gig requires payment of the full amount of the Gig.
The reliability of professionals is essential for the platform's smooth operation. Therefore, when a meryter accepts a Gig, they make a professional commitment and begin building their reputation. In these cases, the following measures apply:
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the Gig starts: the yellow incident badge, visible for 1 month, is activated.
- Cancellation less than 8 hours or no-show: the red incident badge, visible for 3 months, is activated.
These badges are cumulative and visible to companies, which can choose to restrict access to Gigs for professionals with incidents. These factors directly influence level progression and, consequently, the hourly rate.
merytu was designed to be simple and accessible. Therefore, there are no sign-up, implementation, or platform usage fees. The company only pays the hourly rate corresponding to the professional's role and experience level, with a minimum of 4 hours per Gig, as indicated in the app.
The quality and reliability of professionals are ensured by a rigorous two-phase process:
- Legal pre-approval: document validation and compliance with legal requirements.
- Ongoing qualification: a merit-based system, evaluations, performance history, and a smart matching algorithm, guaranteeing the right fit for the requested profile.

The payment model adapts to the needs and operational volume of each company:
- Standard accounts: payment per Gig, via credit card, debit card, or MB Net entered in the app. Billing occurs after service completion.
- High-volume accounts: possibility of direct debit or bank transfer, subject to prior agreement with the unit.
